100% YES! Absolutely! We travel all over the world without limits. While we are based in Tulum, Mexico, we shoot all over Mexico and internationally as well. Ask us about our international packages! 

This really depends on you! Please remember that we are available on a first come, first serve basis. *MOST* of our weddings are booked 1-2 years in advance for high season and 6 months-1 year out for low season. We also only take a certain amount of weddings per year. To ensure that your date is available, please connect with us! 

We accept Paypal, Credit and Debit cards, Wire Transfer and Cash! 
*Sorry, Mexico is behind in technology about 30 years (or so it seems), we do not have access to Zelle, Cash, Venmo, etc.

We send your photos in high resolution via digital gallery. Your digital gallery will be password protected. The images in the gallery will show as watermarked until you plug in your personal password. Once you download the images, they will be watermark free and ready to post or print!

We consider ourselves storytellers! Of course, we love to keep things natural. I consider our style to be very sensual, intimate, and loving. Lots and lots of PDA (public display of affection).  We are also nature lovers, so keeping the tones earthy. Be prepared to go off the beaten path. You can't achieve photos like this on the sidewalk! Bring some comfy shoes!

Honestly, I am never going to be the person to upsale you. I don't like sales, I feel that photography is an art, we aren't trying to make sales we are trying to find the right connection: with style and with personality. 
That being said, it really depends on your wedding day. I would prefer for you to have amazing quality photos for part of your wedding without breaking the budget than for you to go overboard and go home, starting a marriage, broke and stressed. Consider the events you WANT covered and be realistic about what you NEED covered. Then consider budget. If you need help deciding, we are 100% here to help!

Print release covers you for personal use! This means you can use the photos on social media (without applying filters), print with your preferred print lab, and share with family and friends. We also have a print lab attached directly to your digital gallery IF you would like the convenience of having everything in one place. This is optional! 

Honestly, we live in a country where the infrastructure isn't up to par with other countries. While we pay for 100mbps of internet speed, realistically we get about.300kbps haha. Sadly, I'm not joking. Living in paradise has its "flaws."

This is also why we are now by appointment only. This helps us keep communication scheduled so we don't miss anything. 
We also are SUPER busy shooting weddings, photoshoots, editing and off time with the family. Don't ever feel hesitant about reaching back out. Chances are your email got buried under massive amounts of emails, it never came through, or we had a few weddings in a row. Our MOST important time for communication is our final call 2 weeks prior to the wedding day. We go over ALL detail in great length during that time.

*Most resorts/hotels charge a vendor fee. Our couples are responsible for paying the vendor fees. 
Another option is using one of your room blocks for your photography team. Sometimes you can get a better rate for the room than the actual vendor fee. We also offer a complimentary sunrise shoot with a 3 night stay. Plus we get to be on site if anything changes or you need to get in touch with us. More and more couples are opting for this option :) Both options are perfect for us, we live in the are so it's certainly not necessary! We want you to choose which option makes you feel the most comfortable.
